By accessing or using CFI Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
CFI Pros provides tools for flight instructors, including but not limited to the AKTR Extractor for processing Airman Knowledge Test Reports. Our services are designed to assist in flight training workflows but are not a substitute for professional judgment.
You retain ownership of documents you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the documents to provide our services. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
CFI Pros and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CFI Pros and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The extracted ACS codes and generated materials are provided as tools to assist CFIs, not as authoritative FAA documents.
CFI Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
